Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Wow Kids Wear

At Wow Kids Wear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return, exchange, or request a refund. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Returns/exchanges are not accepted for products falling under our Non-Returnable Category (see below).
  • For exchanges, replacement will be subject to stock availability.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For reasons of hygiene, safety, and product nature, the following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  1. Feeding and Nursing products
  2. Health and Safety products
  3. Diapering products
  4. Strollers after assembling (Unassembled strollers with intact packaging can be returned within 7 days)
  5. Tricycles after assembling
  6. Swimming Pools and Accessories

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
    • Damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered.
    • Order cancelled before dispatch.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or wallet credit (customer must provide details).
  • Refund timeline: 7–10 working days after product inspection and approval.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the product delivered was defective or incorrect.

4. Return & Exchange Process

  2. Share your Order ID and reason for return/exchange, along with product images/videos (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup (where available). In non-serviceable areas, customers may need to self-ship.
  4. After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange as per the policy.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos as proof.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
