- We currently deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.
- Delivery availability depends on your PIN code. You can check serviceability during checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–4 business days after confirmation.
- During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities & major towns: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
- Other locations: 5–9 working days from dispatch.
- Remote/Outstation areas: May take longer depending on courier service availability.

4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values (as per ongoing offers).

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
- You can track your order status directly on the courier partner’s website or through your Wow Kids Wear account.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
- If you are unavailable, please coordinate with the courier service for redelivery.
- Orders marked as undeliverable due to incorrect address/contact number may be cancelled and refunded (after deducting applicable charges).
7. International Shipping
Currently, Wow Kids Wear ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
