    • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
    • The order is cancelled before dispatch.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or wallet credit (customer must provide details).

  • Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Time taken may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products that have been used, washed, or tampered with are not eligible for refunds.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
