Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Wow Kids Wear
At Wow Kids Wear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to return, exchange, or request a refund. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns/exchanges are not accepted for products falling under our Non-Returnable Category (see below).
- For exchanges, replacement will be subject to stock availability.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and product nature, the following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
- Feeding and Nursing products
- Health and Safety products
- Diapering products
- Strollers after assembling (Unassembled strollers with intact packaging can be returned within 7 days)
- Tricycles after assembling
- Swimming Pools and Accessories
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered.
- Order cancelled before dispatch.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or wallet credit (customer must provide details).
- Refund timeline: 7–10 working days after product inspection and approval.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the product delivered was defective or incorrect.
4. Return & Exchange Process

- Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup (where available). In non-serviceable areas, customers may need to self-ship.
- After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange as per the policy.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images/videos as proof.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
