1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.
Delivery availability depends on your PIN code. You can check serviceability during checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–4 business days after confirmation.
During festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timelines

Metro cities & major towns: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
Other locations: 5–9 working days from dispatch.
Remote/Outstation areas: May take longer depending on courier service availability.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values (as per ongoing offers).
Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you make payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
You can track your order status directly on the courier partner’s website or through your Wow Kids Wear account.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If you are unavailable, please coordinate with the courier service for redelivery.
Orders marked as undeliverable due to incorrect address/contact number may be cancelled and refunded (after deducting applicable charges).

7. International Shipping

Currently, Wow Kids Wear ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
